Discover emerging health industry careers and find how traditional health professional roles are changing at the Nursing and Health Expo on Sunday 19th June.

WA’s main  university and TAFE health education providers will be at the Convention Centre from 8.30 to answer your questions and there are also a number of specialist colleges available.

Industry organisations are represented, there are people from government agencies and representatives from health campuses across the metropolitan area.

A seminar program on subjects like getting into nursing and midwifery, mental health nursing and graduate opportunities starts at 8.45.

Street NDNotre Dame University Symposium Program

This is designed for school groups. The full day programs provide students with an understanding of university life. Lectures and workshops link the school curriculum to Notre Dame Courses in:

CSIRO Indigenous Traineeships and Cadetships

The traineeships are for people who are starting their careers, or for those commencing a brand new career. They combine employment with structured on the job training. On completion of the qualification, trainees may be considered for ongoing employment with CSIRO.

Indigenous cadetships

Cadetship placements are available for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students who are enrolled full-time in their first undergraduate degree course.  If you are about to commence your degree they would like to hear from you.
