The traineeships are for people who are starting their careers, or for those commencing a brand new career. They combine employment with structured on the job training. On completion of the qualification, trainees may be considered for ongoing employment with CSIRO.

Indigenous cadetships

Cadetship placements are available for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students who are enrolled full-time in their first undergraduate degree course.  If you are about to commence your degree they would like to hear from you.

Find out how you can get to work at Australia’s peak scientific organisation by going to the Indigenous Traineeship and Cadetship site.
